let's make-up!

For as long as I could remember I have always been in love with makeup and beauty products in general. Knowing this, I thought it would fun to try to see if I could recreate a everyday makeup tutorial that a typical Japanese woman is seen wearing in the streets of Japan.

The products the girl used in the video I followed above, were all products she had purchased from Japan. Having said that I obviously did not have those same products. Instead I used my own products that resembled them as close as I could. 

Japan is also widely recognized as a popular destination to live out your anime dreams. Now I  myself am not really a fan of anime but, I do know they have photo booths and apps that make you resemble a character or allow you to change your facial features. So after I finished my makeup look I thought it would be fun to test out an app and change a few features.

I used the app called 'Snow'. I already had the app but used it for other features like the filters, frames and overlays. But, looking at the app I noticed it had the option to play around with beauty, details and makeup. 

I'm not sure if you can notice the difference from the before and after pictures above but it was pretty fun to experiment and play with. There is way more that the app offers, if you want to check it out I would recommend it for sure.
